Paul had been amazing. I called with a short notice request for an evaluation and not only did he personally answer the phone but he handled the inspection himself on short notice. He listened to my concerned and addressed all of my needs and questions in a very professional and friendly manner. He was even able to give me solutions regarding water drainage and flooring recommendations. He sent a proposal the same night and followed up first thing the next morning. These guys are the best. Not only did I have my foundation repair but in the next couple of days, their associate Jordan (plumber) came out to confirm there were no issues with my plumbing after they had completed their job. It was an added bonus for them to go the extra mile and, come to find out, I did have a leak in my sewar line. Jordan showed me exactly where and what it was via camera while i was standing behind him. I'm so happy he did and alert me to it. Of course, this behind the original cost of my foundation repair but can you image if they didn't. Jordan explained the results and cost to fix it as they would need to dig another 4.5' to correct it. I saw roots and the breakage. Thank you guys for going over and above. Out of the 4 different companies we called to inspect and give us an estimate for our foundation repair, Paul (the owner) set himself off from the rest with being open and honest!
